The windows must qualify for your climate zone on the day of installation. This info is on each window sticker. All of which were removed and not offered to me. From Energystar.gov: • On the day the products are installed, check the ENERGY STAR window label to make sure the product you received is certified to meet the performance requirements for your area. The ENERGY STAR label appears on the product next to the National Fenestration Rating Council (NFRC) label on the glass of each product. • Save the ENERGY STAR and NFRC labels (typically combined) from the glass of newly installed windows to take advantage of financial incentives such as tax credits and/or rebates to lower your initial investment costs. Be aware that in the 4 or 5 months it takes to have them installed; they might not qualify. Champion's website shows that they are a "Energy Star Partner". January 15 - broken window replaced. The windows are performing well in the single digit weather."

Most gazebos need a concrete slab for a secure, long-lasting, and durable gazebo. Whether or not your gazebo needs a slab of concrete depends on the type of gazebo you’re building. Some gazebos have a built-in base or use other base materials, including wooden decks, paver slabs, or concrete footings.

The repair method for a damaged concrete patio depends on the type of damage. For surface cracks, a concrete crack filler is a quick and simple fix. For larger cracks or uneven slabs, you may need to hire a professional to pump a cementitious material under the sunken portion to lift it back into place. For heavy spalling and other surface damage, resurfacing may be the best and most affordable option. This includes pouring a new layer of concrete over the old layer.

It depends on whether you’re looking at residential or commercial buildings. For residential buildings, the 2018 International Residential Code asks for a maximum riser (or rise) height of 7 3/4 inches and a minimum tread depth (or run) of 10 inches.

For fixed stairs in commercial buildings, OSHA requires a rise between 6 and 7.5 inches, with a run between 10 and 14 inches. The standards are different for spiral staircases.

If it’s time to remove your deck, there are several advantages to replacing it with a patio. For example, you’ll pay much less to build a patio than a new deck, especially if the framework is compromised. A patio also needs less maintenance and will last longer. However, replacing your patio with a deck may not be an option if your terrain is on a slope.
