"Jason took our stairs to the basement that were a tiny spiral mid evil type stair case and made them so amazing. He also took out 7 layers of flooring in our kitchen and laid new real wood to match our current wood floor. He also drove out of his way to pick up our new granite. He came back a couple years later and redid our entire front porch and did some electrical and other odd and end jobs. He is an honest man and Works very hard."

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"Dan has done an excellent work laying a new tile in our dining room and kitchen. He had to replace several water damaged beams and worked in our crawl space to get the floor ready for new tile. He was very thorough and explained his work every step of the way. Dan has excellent work ethic, it shows in his work!!! Definitely recommend!!!"

"Potter House was very responsive, calling back and providing an upfront no-BS time estimate for when work could actually begin (if we had decided to use them). Due to the busy nature of their schedule, they weren't expecting to be able to begin work for at least three weeks but, knowing the nature of our problem, were willing to come by and provide an estimate. When the gentleman I was dealing with came over to look at our problem he was, once again, upfront about how long it would be before Potter House would be able to begin work. He was also quite knowledgeable and honest about the different aspects of work and sub-contracting that would be required to get done what we needed. All-in-all, I was very appreciative of not being strung along nor having to do my own follow-up. Though we didn't end up using them (since we needed to get the work started before they were available), I would not hesitate to call them up again for future work.

They arrived when they said, 3 men worked 9 hours minus a few short breaks. The shed was built on site and the project was completed the same day. They cleaned up their mess. The final cost was exactly as discussed. The quality of work appears to be excellent, no problems."
