"Love the products! I bought Custom 2 inch wooden blinds embossed, white, and routeless. As well as Woven Woods Roman style shades for my doors. Service was dependable and responsive! I am thankful when the manufacturing Company sent the wrong blinds Michelle never tried to get me to take the ones they delivered. She immediately said, I want you to have the ones you wanted, we will have the manufacturing company rush you the correct blinds! When my Woven Door shades were back ordered I would have liked weekly updates. I'm sure if I had asked for them Michelle would have been more than happy to do that for me! SO that is really on me. "Sales process was good, courteous and helpful. Installation instructions were easy to follow. Did have a small issue with one sensor which was easily solved with a call. Control panel is easy to use and well constructed. Phone app is the best part. Not a big fan of a 2 year contract and the monthly rate feels a little high, but definitely a decent system. I had emailed them a question pertaining installing on double hung windows and never received a reply, but other than that their phone support prior to that was good."
