Refused to go down into the crawl space. Said I will go down there but I will not come back up, I can peak inside and look that way. I ended up going down there myself and doing his work. The crawl space was very damp and needed a lot of work. Never went fully inside the attic either. Stood at the entrance on his ladder. Just pointed out the obvious. Did not even find a leak in the living room windows. Only gave me a $25 discount. Dont hire these fools.

Gary was thorough, knowledgeable and kind. As a licensed Civil Engineer I had things that were of particular importance for Gary to look at and he was very patient with me and taught me several things as we went through the house together. I would highly recommend Gary to other home buyers, especially first time home buyers. You will get quality work done right and know what you're getting into.

Asked to be there at the end of the inspection. Said it would take two hours, inspector was a no show at end of the two hours, took off after he was finished and forget to meet me.

Inspection was thorough. Many minor items I could take care of myself. New home owner will be pleased to know the house will not pose any major problems. Discussion with the inspection reassured me a reschedule for final walkthrough could be arranged. Discussion with the inspection led me to believe he knew his job.
