Missi ConstructionBased on a recommendation I received, I contracted with Missi Construction/Rick Missi to complete a kitchen renovation, bathroom renovation, and new bathroom addition. Missi Construction did a wonderful job on the project and I am very pleased! Rick does excellent work and was always very patient with me as I agonized over the many decisions involved in a home improvement project. Missi ConstructionI can't say enough about Missi Construction. My wife and I decided to add a half bath in the basement in the middle of a pandemic. In order to minimize the risk of exposure, Rick only allowed necessary personnel (electrician, plumber, and inspectors) in addition to himself and David on the site, and still managed to get the job done in a timely fashion. I have dealt with quite a few contractors, but none more courteous, honest, and professional than Rick. He stayed in constant communication with me, and was always here when he said he was going to be. As with almost all basement remodeling projects things don't always go as planned, and this one was no exception. I am late providing this review and for that I apologize to Fawbush-Fenwick because they deserved my highest praise! I needed my 60 year old hardwood floors refinished throughout the living room, hallway, and three bedrooms. There were two places in particular that were badly stained from years of pets, plus some deep gouges. On top of that I had attempted to refinish two of the bedrooms myself and just made a mess of it so they had to undo my "work." They were friendly, professional, punctual and kept me apprised of their progress every step of the way (I was living in a different city when the work was being done). The results were way beyond my highest expectations. And probably my favorite part about doing business with them was their enthusiasm for their work! They are passionate about the work they do and have every right to be proud! The pictures I am attaching are not the greatest but hopefully you can see the difference.
