They made the time to put something on this area to prevent more water coming in while waiting on materials for my job. Despite the frigid temperature, they worked endlessly getting the gutters up. My original roof was recently damaged due to wind. The damage resulted in having to file an insurance claim which was completely new to me. I contacted ProClaim Roofing and the representatives were very professional. They visited my house, assessed the damages, informed me of the insurance process and did not ask for any money up-front. (As a matter of fact, they did not ask for any money until after the work was completed, and satisfaction of the work was confirmed first!) ProClaim Roofing came to my home to assist with the repair process before the insurance company had even contacted me to schedule an adjuster to visit. They even secured protection on the roof to prevent any further damage until repairs were able to be made. The day that the insurance adjuster made their visit, the ProClaim Roofing team was on-site early and accompanied the insurance adjuster during visit to help evaluate the roof damages. The professional staff helped to familiarize the insurance adjuster with the repairs necessary. After the insurance claim quotation was made, the team was also able to identify additional items that were neglected in the original insurance quotation for the repairs. They contacted the insurance adjuster, and were able to successfully prevent future out-of-pocket costs, and immediately let me know of the changes. The day before the work began, an employee called me to verify that the proper preparations were made to start work the next day. The day of the work, the ProClaim team arrived promptly at 8:00am and began work immediately. During the process, I was updated by the site foreman of the repairs necessary. When they finished all of their work, the team thoroughly cleaned the site before leaving! I am convinced that my yard looked cleaner when they left than it did when they arrived! I am extremely satisfied with the work performed! The team is very professional, and customer conscious. My new roof looks stunning, and the team at ProClaim really went above and beyond, working with the insurance company to help make the process as seamless as possible! I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a professional, customer conscious experience!

They had to replace the whole roof, some siding, installed new gutters and fixed the hole in the ceiling on the inside. They did an awesome job! Some hiccups along the way, but they were definitely fast to go above and beyond to exceed our expectations! Even went out of their way to help us with other issues we had!! We had 3 estimates from 3 contractors, Robbie Hornback Design was 40% less, while using quality material. In addition, he honored my husband by giving us a military discount. Robbie was professional, detail oriented and extremely helpful with suggestions on how to use our budget most effectively. Robbie insured all work with a warranty. In addition, he worked very close with our city Building Commissioner to insure all work was approved and passed inspection. When he started our project, his brother Mike was part of the team. However, Mike became ill and was not able to contiune with our project. However, Robbie immediately found a replacement. Robbie's new worker was Kahlier and Kahlier did a outstanding job and worked very hard with Robbie to complete our project. Words can'nt express how much we appreciate Robbie, Mike and Kahlier. We're happy our project is complete but we already miss them so much. They have become part of our family and are always welcome to stop by our house anytime. Skyguard WindowsOn January 28, 2021 we made a huge decision to replace our windows. We've owned our home 20+ yrs and several companies have done an estimate. But we weren't comfortable with the estimates. This gentleman from skyguard named Mr Presley explained everything in great detail. And full demo he was well prepared. He stayed well beyond our appointment to make sure he could help us. And with an offer we couldn't refuse and made sure we we're comfortable with our sale and signing of paperwork. They were out in couple days to measure our windows and went over paperwork again to insure our order was correct. Now waiting for them to install is only reason I gave a B. Will update my review with pics we are super excited. A big shout out to Mr Presley! And a big thank you. Great staff makes you feel important and top flight priority to thier business.
