"Michael Lyday was the technician and was very professional and courteous. He set a trap and returned the next morning to find a female raccoon. He also found she’d been nursing and captured two kits in the crawl space. He told me to tell him if I heard anymore sounds which I did when he returned the following day. He captured two more kits and told me to call him again if I heard any more sounds. There weren’t any more and I was impressed that he still called to follow up. I was completely satisfied with his humane methods of removing the animals from my property."

I've sent several more emails and it shows where they have read them, but no one will answer me. I work various hours and have a lot going on and can't find time to call, so that's why I email them. They can't keep people employed and there has been a different person come in my house every time."
