"I first met Santos Velasquez when we requested a quote for creating an apartment from a garage.  He was very professional and arrived on schedule.  It was a large project, building a barn to replace the garage space, and creating a one bedroom apartment in it's place.  He took pictures and notes.  Santos called within a few days and recommended we involve an architect and scheduled a time to meet her.  Again, they arrived on time.  Shari Mullins, with pillar3, agreed to make some drawings.   These proved to be exactly what we wanted! ",After interviewing several well-known custom builders (several of whom advertise "custom homes on your lot") we were fortunate to have been given the name Potter House Group.  The President of Potter House Group met with us personally and we presented him with a situation that other custom builders who wanted to charge us up to 50% more than Potter House Group.
