He fully explained the contract specifics and was able to schedule the job within a reasonable timeframe. He kept in contact through out the process and was responsive when I had questions. Chris arrived on time to repair the water damage and prep for painting. The job required work over 3 days. Chris was a pleasure to work with. Such a skilled professional and personally just the nicest person ever. He had two properties to handle and was extremely accommodating in scheduling between the jobs. I agreed to this date under the condition my check would be returned in 3 business days if the deadline was not achieved. Envision did not start nor finished the project and is now refusing to return my check. They said my deposit is non refundable but they haven't kept any deadlines or done any work. The completion date was promised to be 8-10 weeks and I'm now 24 weeks past contract signing."

"I purchase a Front Entry door for $9600 5 years ago. It is a really nice-looking, full-fiberglass door with sidelights and a transom. this past winter, the lower corner of the door froze to the jamb and when we opened the door it ripped the corner of the door. This is an expensive door with a limited-lifteime warranty and the salesman touted that it would last 50 years or more. The door and sidelights slabs are warranted for life. The finish is warranted for 10 years. which is also fading in spots. Initially, Their customer service did not want to do anything about it so I filled a complaint with the BBB on a Friday. Wouldn't you know it, they called on Monday and said they would meet this Thursday about getting a solution figured out. Well it took about 4 weeks, but they finally got a "solution." They wanted to charge $1700 for a new slab or $200 to glue the corner back on and touch it up. I told them I would fix it myself and wash my hand with the matter and their company. Now because they responded to the BBB Complaint and took so long to get the "solution" the BBB closed my case satisfactorily. BUt don't be fooled. These guys are crooks. They are overpriced and provide lack-luster customer service. Do your future self a favor and find someone else to hire."

"Isidro and his crew removed the mold and applied a paint that will keep the mold from re-forming. Isidro also determined that we would need new gutters to prevent the problem from happening again. We had known the gutters were in bad shape and we also knew the leaky gutters were probably causing problems with moisture so we went ahead and hired Isidro's company to remove the old gutters and replace them with new gutters. Isidro always took the time to explain what they were doing and why they were doing it. His crew was hard-working and friendly. We are so happy with the results! We have no signs of mold in the basement and the gutters are doing their job. It is also nice to have attractive gutters now."

"I do not recommend this company if you actually want a company that backs their warranty. We've had 2+ leaks in our home after only 6 years of a brand new roof. We were told that the warranty was not covered due to debris on our roof (we literally have leaves on our roof, who doesn't??). Then, we were told that we need all new siding to reinstate our warranty even though we had to pay and fix all of our ceilings and drywall. It's very unfortunate and I hope this helps a future roof buyer."
