"I needed to secure movers on a bit of a short notice (ie., less than 72-hours kind of short notice), so I used Angie's List to help me identify some viable local options quickly. I received a list of companies from my search and asked for quotes online. After communicating with several companies for quotes, I decided to give TopDogg Moving a go for my moving project. Start to finish, I am so glad I did! John, the owner of TopDogg, got back with me promptly--within an hour of my online request. Unfortunately my timing was bad (I was working that evening, thus shortening the timeframe I gave them), but John was able to graciously work my move into his schedule a mere 2 days later. He worked with me to determine my specific moving needs and forwarded a contract for my review prior to scheduling. The customer service and professionalism provided by the TopDogg Moving owner and staff were unparalleled. Extremely polite, listened attentively, worked hard and consistently (very respectful of time, even on a hot day in August), self-directed, and highly diligent in the care of my belongings.
