Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! Michelle also explained that she deals with customers all over the country, in need of leather and purse and clothing repair, cleaning, and restoration. "Champion did a wonderful job. He was very professional and pleasant and did not change the quoted price even though I have three vents that are not standard. They are very difficult and complicated to remove. He spent the extra time and did the job right. Also, friends had warned me that, after the cleaning, my house would be covered with dust that had been blown out during the process. That is completely untrue with Champion. All the dirt that is dislodged when the duct work is cleaned is immediately captured by the vacuum. I am very pleased."
