Best home inspectors near Greenup, KY

"Easy to schedule, clear and easy communication. Thorough inspection and recommendations. Timely inspection report."

"it was a good company but found some one else for way cheaper"

"Jeremiah did an amazing job! He stayed all day to check every inch of the house, used thermal imaging and even a drone, radon tested several different areas and walked us though the house when he was finished to show what us what needed to be repaired, not just gave report and let us figure it out. He spent about an hour just pointing out everything! Incredibly detailed, thorough and just fantastic work! After the repairs were suggested, and if the seller agrees, Jeremiah said he'd come back to verify the work and help us with any home projects in the future! He's so good, we hired him to do 2 inspections and will keep hiring him for all our home buying and project needs!"

"Want to go on record to say that service was excellent from initial contact and a thorough timely evaluation and appraisal with supporting documentation. I found the work to be very professional and was done in an expedient fashion. Company was very transparent in pricing and I found their actual pricepoint to be more than fair for the final rendered report. That said, I would gladly use this company again if I had the need."

"He did a great job"

"The owner came down to give us an estimate on what it would take to fix standing water issue in a house we were looking at purchasing. He performed a thorough inspection on what was causing the water to sit in the crawlspace and went over what would be required to keep the moisture and water from affecting the structural integrity of the house. While we did not end up purchasing the home, we greatly appreciated his willingness to come down and do an inspection and give us an estimate. They were recommended by my stepdad who had them do a crawlspace encapsulation on his house. He said they perform first class workmanship and were professional. The owner also came back after the work was finished to ensure that everything was done correctly. Would recommend to anyone needing any work done on their crawlspace."

"I was behind schedule, and needed them quick they made it happen and got in there and sprayed to my specifications was wonderful working with them"

""Mold-like" substance was found during home inspection. As the seller, it was my responsibility to have this corrected. I wanted my home to be in excellent condition for the new owners. I knew this would be pricey, and I though quite messy. Tommy Mayes called me back immediately and scheduled an assessment the next day. Within 4 days they were there and completed the mold remediation job. Tommy and David are truly honest, dependable, reasonably priced and amazing. I worried about the house getting dirty from the work being done in the attic. You couldn't even tell they had been in the house. Without question, this is the very best company I have ever worked for and I would recommend them to anyone."

"Went above and beyond what was required of them. I am 64 years old and live alone and he has been here twice and his men have been here once working. I had problems with a pipe leaking under my home and he sat down at my kitchen table with his laptop and hunted a repair man for me call them up himself got quotes and set up an appointment that he absolutely did not have to do to help me out because I didn't know what to do or who to call. He has come and talk to me trying to help me get my issues fixed and if it was something they couldn't do, help me find other people that would. They set up my dehumidifier, blocked off vents and went above the job of what they were required to do to help me out. He has sent me text messages after the jobs to check and see if I needed anything. I would highly recommend the company to do any work.He has truly worked with me to get things and problems taking care of that being a 64-year-old female alone that could not have done on her own. Thank you"
