I will write the final review after the delivery of the carpet....but so far, after working with Ben, I have had a wonderful experience communicating and expecting the best results after witnessing how their company actually cleans the area rug...very important for me to know their techniques. I asked for a video to accompany their work and it will be made available...excellent!

Great job. We have four dogs and they have done a job on the few rooms that we have carpets in. It was a bit more expensive than I realized it was going to be BUT they did do a lot too . Two stairways and four bedrooms. Great guys, Will definitely use the company again and I was very happy considering what the carpets looked like pre cleaning!

The guys that came out was so nice, but the quality of work was not so great.. I am just not satisfied.

Our household includes someone who is very vulnerable to COVID. We were getting a quote for post-pandemic cleaning. However, they explained they would all wear masks and bring an air scrubber to clean the air as they worked. We went ahead and got it done, and felt very safe.

The men gathered my rugs, They were nice and appeared efficient. But I won't know how well my rugs are cleaned until after they are returned to me.

I have utilized them for many years, they are reputable honest and dependable.

A few weeks ago (sorry it took me so long to get this review up!) i had my carpet cleaned by Joeys carpet care.The staff was very nice! The men who came to clean the carpet were a blast!! Not only that but they did a great job! I had huge black spots in my carpet and they brought them right out! I would recommend Joeys carpet care to any one!!! Most companys would charge to move the couch, they didnt! They even moved it back! Then to top it all off, they even did the bedroom for free! This is a great carpet cleaning company.

The upholstery that was cleaned had been subjected to several years of cigarette smoke. Additionally two chairs had been subjected to a shedding dog who also drools.The team cleaned all pieces very well, and did it in a short amount of time. The furniture looks and smells great. I could not have been more pleased with the result.
