"The owner Andrew was very proficient a personable with every aspect of the job. We had 2 raccoons in our attic. He took care of removing them from the attic and cleaned and sanitized and repaired all damage that the raccoons caused. Very quick turnaround from the first contact on Friday December 5 and he came on Saturday December 6 to give and estimate of the damage and one part of the project was completed on Monday December 8th and second part was completed on Friday December 12 th. He is going to return in 2 weeks to make sure the raccoons have not came back. He is very thorough in performing the job. I will use him in the future if I have any other issues."

I've sent several more emails and it shows where they have read them, but no one will answer me. I work various hours and have a lot going on and can't find time to call, so that's why I email them. Nope, not typically, especially if a continuous food source is available. Rats will leave their nesting spots briefly to forage for food and water and then quickly return. The inherent danger of exposure keeps their departures short-lived. It's why resolving a minor infestation takes about three weeks, while a severe one can stretch to three months. Swift action is crucial to prevent rat populations from establishing a lasting presence.

In certain cases, yes, the bees may go away on their own, but it’s a risk. Some bee types, such as bumblebees, create seasonal nests and then die out as their new queens seek homes elsewhere. But in most cases, you can’t count on the bees leaving naturally. It’s also not a great idea to leave openings in your walls any longer than you have to, which can attract other pests or cause moisture damage.

Both insects can damage wood, but there are key differences between termites and carpenter ants that tell them apart. Carpenter ants tunnel through moist wood, leaving behind smooth tunnels and sawdust-like piles, as they don't eat the wood but rather carve it for nesting. In contrast, termites actually consume wood, creating irregular galleries filled with mud and dirt, and leaving behind mud tubes as their signature. In terms of appearance, carpenter ants have segmented bodies with heart-shaped heads and larger front wings, while termites have more oval bodies with straight antennae and equal-sized wings.

The right snake trap depends on your needs and the species of snake. Glue traps are the easiest to handle but are inhumane and may catch and kill other animals, like squirrels, birds, and mice. Cage traps catch snakes alive so they can be released elsewhere. Minnow traps are the best choice for water snakes. 

While you don’t have to fully evacuate your home after a bed bug treatment, you will have to stay out of the treated rooms (or the whole home) for at least four to five hours after treatment. In most cases, you can return to sleeping on your existing mattress and use your existing furniture, but it’s best to confirm this with a bed bug pro.
