The original call was to replace a high limit switch (or something to that effect), but the unit was over 20 years old and we were unsure if that would fix it or not. I asked them to go ahead and give me a quote on a new unit, just in case. It was an extremely fair and competitive price (as I have had others give me a quote in the past.) Sure enough, the fix was just a band-aid to a bigger issue so I had them replace the unit. They were able to schedule me three days later. They were on time and completed the work when promised. The biggest thing that impressed me the most was their communication. They always answered when I called (which was always during business hours) and they even sent me a text the day after installation to check in and make sure that everything was performing well. I've never had a Heating and Air company follow-up with me! These are my guys from here on out.
