"Rick and his team were phenomenal to work with. They were very courteous, punctual and professional. They worked long hours and weekends to get the job done with speed and quality of craftsmanship. We also were able to change scope mid-way through the project and add a glass shower door to our bathroom. Rick also made several recommendations about how to set up things to maximize our available space which we readily incorporated into our plans. Plumbing was the only thing which Rick brought in an outside contractor for and he was someone who Rick works with on nearly every one of his jobs. "Potter House was very responsive, calling back and providing an upfront no-BS time estimate for when work could actually begin (if we had decided to use them). Due to the busy nature of their schedule, they weren't expecting to be able to begin work for at least three weeks but, knowing the nature of our problem, were willing to come by and provide an estimate. When the gentleman I was dealing with came over to look at our problem he was, once again, upfront about how long it would be before Potter House would be able to begin work. He was also quite knowledgeable and honest about the different aspects of work and sub-contracting that would be required to get done what we needed. All-in-all, I was very appreciative of not being strung along nor having to do my own follow-up. Though we didn't end up using them (since we needed to get the work started before they were available), I would not hesitate to call them up again for future work.
