"Our experience overall has been excellent. Job was started and completed in a timely manner. Every job comes with it's own set of problems and ours was no different, but every obstacle was met with prompt resolution and care. The work crews were all courteous and on time. We were notified by the project manager, Nate Warner, on every step of our project. He kept us well informed on what was happening and when. His attention to detail was impressive. There were so many little details and he took care of every single one. Our project involved removal of our old second level deck 12' X !2' and replaced with a second level covered 12' x 22' screen room. The roof is attached to our existing roof and the shingles, siding and gutters were all matched to our existing colors and materials. The sitting area has a semi-vaulted ceiling with ceiling fans and lights, Code required railings be installed all the way around as the screen room is high off the ground. All materials used are maintenance free (Fiberon for steps and flooring) and black heavy aluminum railings all around the inside and stairs. Excellent! During construction some lawn damage was done and the crew brought dirt and made repairs, laying grass seed and straw. Also, our lower deck screen door was damaged by workers and DDR replaced the door free of charge, no questions asked. A light was also damaged under the deck and that too, was taken care of by DDR. What more can be asked for!! All permits for electrical and construction were secured and inspections were done in a timely manner. So, as for our satisfaction, we are highly pleased with all the personnel from DDR, and my wife is ecstatic with the results of our new screen room. It is our recommendation, if you are in the market for an addition to your home, by all means contact DDR. You will not be disappointed"
