"At the initial assessment visit, the worker sent to do the assessment was inattentive, took a couple business calls during the appointment, and didn't seem to be in a hurry. Customer service was lacking in that aspect of the appointment. Didn't have a full understanding of what we had already paid for (pre-purchased service from Angie's List). Additionally, we were told to remove materials (drywall, studs on the ground, insulation) which was not required prior to repair according to the worker sent to do the actual repair of the crack.
