We did have a minor leakage problem with the first rain, but we called and they were back here within a couple of days to fix the problem and we have had no leakage since. I was impressed that they handled the call back so quickly, which to me, says a lot about their integrity. The company that did our original waterproofing has left Kentucky and our "lifetime" transferable warranty is now void, so having been burned once we were a bit leery, but they proved to be a very reliable company. Would not hesitate to recommend or use them again."

Drying concrete faster after rain is tricky because you’d need to increase the temperature or airflow over your slab, both of which are challenging to do outdoors. It can help to remove water from your concrete quickly, though, as the faster you remove rain from the surface, the lower the risk of the water affecting the ratio of your concrete mix. Pervious concrete should be between 4 and 8 inches thick to drain water properly. There’s no standard for pervious concrete thickness, but in most cases, the more weight the surface will need to hold, the thicker it should be.
