"I would have rated the service as 5 stars.....unfortunately there were several things undone. . 1) The front of the dishwasher wasn't cleaned. 2) the hood over the stove wasn't cleaned...in spite of discussion about it. And 3) the top of shower head wasn't cleaned. I don't want to say that the service was not good because overall it was... on time..very pleasant to work with. Only these 3 things were problematic."

He was only 10 minutes from me and got here it seemed within minutes. He and his employee came in and quickly started the removal of the water without question.
