"When he came to our house he did the other jobs very well and said that he would come back a few days later and then made excuses why he couldn't come back to fix the dripping shower. He said that the shower faucet needed to be replaced and he had a tough time taking it apart and was going to cut the pipe, our tile and then replace with a larger vanity plate with a new faucet. Our friend came over and was able to remove it in seconds. He never did show up to fix it - first it was going to be 3 days and then the following week (Saturday) and then never called and never came. As said before, he did a good job fixing what he did do but never completed the task that we originally asked him to fix.
