"This is a great company and I am glad they are around. Extremely professional, detail oriented, hard working and honest. I needed to replace my ancient HVAC system and I was fortunate to have had this company help me with that. I ended up with a couple of bids for the same brand and model and Comfort Zone gave me an honest price which was thousands less than a competitor (Again, same brand and model number). Equally important is that they know what they are doing and they do the job right unlike many of the less knowledgeable competitors. Honest, knowledgable, hard working, great to deal with! "May 12, 2025 - This was our first time working with Greenwell since leaving a local competitor and Chad Russell was our technician. Our basement flooded and our sump pump needed replaced. "My a/c hadn't worked for two days, it was 90 degrees in the house. our go to hvac company is comfort heating and air, we called them, and a gentlemen named Taylor Burton showed up and promptly got to work. He was able to fix the issue within 10 minutes. He told us what was wrong, and even changed the filter to the unit. I highly recommend this company. I've used them before for my hvac needs, and both times they were able to fix whatever problem I had. 5/5 stars."
