"They fixed the leak and put in a sump pump and water trench. The basement leaked 2 more times afterwards, but they returned to correct it right away. We were responsible all 3 times to repair the drywall and wood landing at the bottom of the stairs,so I called saying that I should not have to keep fixing those thing over and over. The CEO of the company called back and came out to the house himself to inspect. He had his people come out to the house again to do more that he felt would fix the problem for good, as well fixing the drywall and landing at no cost. It was a frustrating experience, but this company and it's CEO stood by thier work and made it right. I would use them again."

Not only was the end result aesthetically-pleasing, it is sealed now to protect from any water getting underneath the concrete slabs in the future. It was a small job but made harder by the rocks and dirt they had to get rid of, and they did it with shovels. The cost was very reasonable and most of the work was completed in 2 very hot days. I have one minor problem with the retaining wall but they will be coming back to correct it. As of right now, I'm still very happy with the results. I'm giving them an A+ review.
