They delivered on time, even after letting me know they may be a few minutes late, and then carefully unloaded onto our driveway. "First, some other company arrived and after they did the work said they were taking over the business. No one told us prior and we certainly didn't agree to that. Robison claims this isn't true and they are hired help so I don't know what is going on there. Second, we were told they charge 300 an hour and it would take 2.5 hours to complete. Estimate 800 for the 2.5 hours of work and they would remove the small stump also. When this other group arrived they "completed" the job in half an hour and left the stump. They still charged us 800. I contacted this company to complain and they backtracked and said stump was extra (we didn't even want to remove the tree originally and he talked us into it saying the stump would be removed which I 100 percent asked during initial meeting---now we have a stump we have to pay someone else to remove bc the space isn't usable with a stump there). They also started talking about drive time and other stuff we were never told about. We aren't paying 800 for 30 minutes of work and more work (and money spent) we have to do bc of them. They also destroyed my big beautiful tree I told this company to leave full (these other people had no idea bc we never spoke since we didn't hire them to begin with). Angi's list needs to do something bc what good is this service if this is allowed. We also never got an itemized bill or receipt (cash was requested instead of check). Businesses need to be upfront about costs and not backtrack on things discussed verbally. *Update:. They refunded 300 but not without argument and anger. They were here 30 minutes instead of 2.5 hours (big difference in expected time don't you think----I was told again that was just an estimate.....you would think it would be off within half an hour not 2) and I was yelled at about the cost of wood chippers and tools as to why I should pay 800 regardless how long they were here. So I guess customers are expected to pay off tools. This was a horrible experience and I wish I had just done it myself or left it. Now it is more of a chore and more money to finish it. Unreal. Never again."

"2021 This company applied 6 treatments to my lawn and it was great. 2022 they only applied 2 treatments and there was NO communication from them at all. At $150 a treatment for an acre I thought was reasonable. The last treatment in 2022 They left the bill somewhere where it could and did blow away. I found it in the flower garden dripping wet a week after I returned home from vacation, they left no chemical warning flag in the yard. A friend used the same company and paid in advance expecting 6 treatment and received only two. Again NO commucation, and no refund either."
