"He came at the appointed time, cleaned the vent and trimmed the grill. Its working well now. I was very happy with Bob and the service; he was helpful, efficient, and very responsive in setting up the appointment. "I liked the fact that they did the vent cleaning from the outside so I didn't have to worry about making space in the laundry room so they could get to the dryer.
