Several needed to have some of the edge taken off since the house has settled over the years and the original screens no longer fit. Will recommend this company."

"Just did a absolutely fantastic job. Had hail damage to our screened porch and a few window screens. Recommended a more durable type screen for the porch. Went with that and we are so happy with it. Our house is on a fall away lot, so porch is a story off the ground. Have bushes on one side as well. Was amazed at how he tackled it all and got the job done. One panel came loose and got bent on one of the very stormy night, some weeks later. He came back out and replaced it all. Was a complete pleasure to talk to and won't hesitate to call him again. "Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"We live in an older home, built in 1947. After much research we decided to make the switch from regular paint to the newer, more permanent coating style of paint. We selected Hoosier Permanent Coatings as our supplier  last October---and weather turned against us before  we could get the job completed last year. Hoosier Permanent Coatings, held our price for 2014 and stayed in touch with us as the weather began to warm in the spring (this year) to get us on the schedule at a time that was convenient for us. In addition we had significant window repair and replacement being done (by another contractor) that had to be coordinated along with the painting job. In short I cannot say enough good things about Hoosier Permanent Coatings (HPC) and particularly their Office Manager, Rosemary. While I was having serious challenges with the window contractor, HPC was with us every step of the way. When it finally became time for them to do their job---they arrived on time, worked extremely long days, all with great care, and did the most beautiful job!  Rosemary communicated regularly regarding what would happen each day...and that's exactly what happened. Their crew supervisor (I forget his name)--was terrific as well. Very respectful and professional. Everyone of the crew was thoughtful and courteous. A manager came by the job each day--to be sure I was satisfied and to see if I had any additional questions.
