"I purchase a Front Entry door for $9600 5 years ago. It is a really nice-looking, full-fiberglass door with sidelights and a transom. this past winter, the lower corner of the door froze to the jamb and when we opened the door it ripped the corner of the door. This is an expensive door with a limited-lifteime warranty and the salesman touted that it would last 50 years or more. The door and sidelights slabs are warranted for life. The finish is warranted for 10 years. which is also fading in spots. Initially, Their customer service did not want to do anything about it so I filled a complaint with the BBB on a Friday. Wouldn't you know it, they called on Monday and said they would meet this Thursday about getting a solution figured out. Well it took about 4 weeks, but they finally got a "solution." They wanted to charge $1700 for a new slab or $200 to glue the corner back on and touch it up. I told them I would fix it myself and wash my hand with the matter and their company. Now because they responded to the BBB Complaint and took so long to get the "solution" the BBB closed my case satisfactorily. BUt don't be fooled. These guys are crooks. They are overpriced and provide lack-luster customer service. Do your future self a favor and find someone else to hire."

"Put a new roof in a house July of 2023 with warranty. I was in process of purchasing home with new roof-owner stated it had a warranty and said the people were very trustworthy. She stated they were recommended by a construction company she knew! They were told to remove 2 old roofs and replace with new one. Once we were processing the owner said she noticed a few places still leaking but not to worry they would fix! Well they came by -have never show d back up to fix and when I had another roofer to go up there he found 5 areas the old roof was not removed and was causing issues!!! DO NOT Trust them!!! I have pictures and proof! They still have not returned my calls!!!"

"I have purchased windows and doors from Window World of Paducah. The window I had no issue with. My doors are a different story. I have now had my doors installed for a year and they still have not came back and fixed everything. I have had to go to the office and speak with the owner and all he did was blame the factory but guess what things still are not fixed and its because no one wanted to come back out to fix the issue that has been the same issue every time they come. I had to send photos the first time of the crappy job that was done on my doors and the mess they left. My back door lock I paid for still does not work and I was told it would be fixed and here we are crickets. I should not have to keep taking off and changing my schedule for people to come out 3-4 times to fix something that should have been done right the first time. Also, in case the owner wants to respond to the comment and say they don't see an order under my name my former name before I got married was Sara Schacht. STOP BLAMING OTHERS AND MAKE IT RIGHT!! BAD BUSINESS!!"
