"Charlotte, We would love for you to be happy with the work that was done. This situation could have been avoided had we been told that you were dissatisfied. It would have been easier if you'd have called us and let us know BEFORE leaving a negative review, as until now we had no idea that you had an issue with your job. We are happy to correct the situation, please contact us at your convenience and we will get it scheduled."
"Nathan, I'm disappointed to hear that you are unhappy. Especially since this is the first I am hearing about it. Had you called us to discuss your concerns we may have been able to remedy the situation BEFORE you decided to leave a negative review. Please call us and let us know what your specific concerns are and what you feel like is the best solution to resolve the situation."
"Hey Ms. Linda, thank you for the kind words. It's always a pleasure to do a job and feel like I've made a friend instead of a customer. My family and I appreciate your business!"
"Hey Cindy, I appreciate the review and most of all, I appreciate how kind you and Steve were. Telling your neighbors about me is a huge compliment. My family and I appreciate your business."
"While no one is perfect, we strive to provide the highest level of customer service. It's unfortunate the Lori is unhappy. Her comments state that the work was sloppy even though on three different occasions she made these comments via text. May 11th, 2020 "Wow that's looking great!!!" referring to photos to before and after photos of roof caulking, debris removal, and new gutter installation. On May 14th, 2020 "Hi. We were able to check out your great progress and thanks for coming back to finish on Monday." Later in the afternoon on May 14th, 2020 she sent this, "I love the white color. Perfect match. !! U were right on for color." It hardly sounds like she felt that the work was sloppy. She also said that we didn't finish the job. She may have been referring to the fact that we failed to caulk the outside of one of the miters. I returned today and resolved that problem, I also found that two other miters needed to be re-caulked due to the rain the day they were originally caulked. She may also be referring to some fascia that she claims we damaged during the install. I tried to explain that we did not damage the fascia. The fascia was never installed correctly. Lori claims we damaged the siding even though, I cleaned tree debris off her roof, caulked a window that someone else installed and didn't wrap correctly, and patched a hole in her siding that she claims were left by a "roof repair person repair the area so I'm shocked that it looks like it does." It makes absolutely no sense for me to provide three courtesy repairs at no charge and then "damage" her home and refuse to repair it. I refused to repair the fascia because I didn't damage it. As I stated before, the fascia isn't damaged, it wasn't installed right to begin with. She may also be referring to 4 gutter hangers that we let on site. We removed her old gutters and failed to pick up 4 gutter hangers. Unfortunately, she found them with her mower. I apologized and offered to buy her a new set of blades for her mower. Finally, she claims that she paid nearly $5000.00. In fact, the final invoice that her insurance company paid was $4,409.40. Still a significant sum, but she would have the reader believe that SHE is out that money which is not true and she over-exaggerated the amount. Had she said she paid over $4,000.00 or nearly $4500.00 I wouldn't have mentioned this but it seems that she would have the reader believe that she is a victim. To sum it up, if I had damaged her property, I would own up to it and repair it or hire someone else to do the repair. I would never risk a negative review for something that is relatively inexpensive to repair. In this case, I did not damage the home and I will not be held hostage by a negative review."
"Thank you for the kind words. The Banana/Zucchini bread you gave us, was the best I've ever had. My family and I appreciate your business!"
