"Roberto was the technician and he was very professional, polite, and personable. He inspected the rest of our system and told us things that needed to be changed or repaired. He showed me pictures of everything. Everything he told me about was accurate. He quoted me a price for R38 insulation , Some of our ducts were plastic and he recommended them to be changed. I agreed completely and didn't know they were plastic. I would have had them done the work but I had no price comparisons to make and besides I didn't have the money right then. So he just finished the vent cleaning and left his card. He did a great job on the vent cleaning and was happy with the work."

They even noticed that insulation work I had done by another contractor was not completed. I called the contractor and told him they noticed his work and he came back and finished the job. "Over a period of approximately 3 weeks, water-damaged, drop ceiling tiles, drywall/insulation and carpeting was removed from a basement bedroom following a leak in a water pipe in the ceiling. They treated the studs to remove mold and left a dehumidifier/ large fans to dry out the studs and floor. Installed new insulation and drywall, new ceiling tiles, then painted entire room. Carpet was re-installed in the bedroom and stairwell so carpet would match throughout. The work performed was excellent and personnel were courteous. Besides having some issues with the personnel arriving when scheduled to arrive, we were very satisfied with the whole experience. "

These two types of foams are similar chemically, but they are applied in a much different way and each has its own pros and cons. Spray foam can only be used if the area where you will be installing the installation is wide open and easy to access. Injection foam should be used where it's cost-prohibitive to remove the walls that are placed over the insulation. Spray foam is a much less expensive process and requires less expertise.
R-30 insulation is better for higher thermal resistance, but whether it’s "better" depends on the application. R-30 is much thicker and suited for areas like attics or floors in cold climates, where more insulation is required.
