I told them it was ok to reschedule 1 more week when I & my husband off work. 5 days later they called me they had to reschedule again which we couldn?t do it another 2 weeks because our work schedules were already out. It?s hard to match my and my husband?s schedules to be off work so we can start sunroom projects. I told them to call me if they can come to our schedule. I?m glad we didn?t hire them. Charges were $75 for call, $50 for labor, $20 to change 2 cylinders and $6.00 for 3 extra keys. Total with tax $161.60. I forgot to ask for my senior discount but the page says they offer 10%. It did seem a bit pricey to me but I wanted it done today and didn't have lots of time to shop around so I counted on Angie's List ratings to be valid!"
