But then, once they got the ball rolling, it went very quickly. It took them probably about a month to even get back to me. The price was very good. "The Redemption painters came on time as scheduled or notified me when they would be late. They did a fine job with the work, were neat and courteous. They worked well with my decorator, who had recommended them and who did most of the communication with them. There turned out to be a problem with the dining room paint, which was a dark color and a new type of paint for the company. This problem had nothing to do with Redemption but was a problem with the paint itself. Lance, the owner of Redemption came back and took very seriously the problem. He worked with the paint company, had them come in and look at the performance of the paint, and eventually repainted the room at no charge to me. It was still exactly the color I wanted, but without the original problem. I really appreciated their willingness to deal with this issue, which was not their fault, in a timely way. After the job was done I had some light fixtures changed and there were several small areas in the ceiling that needed touch up. They came back immediately and took care of that too. I was very pleased with their service and would use them again. In fact I am waiting for an estimate on sealing my greenhouse, which I hope they will do for me in the near future. "
