No one told me she was going to be late and I had to reach out to them. They are rectifying the problem by coming back out for a free cleaning. One cleaner came out and brought little cleaning supplies. I only needed her to clean 4 rooms. She did not even attempt to clean some glass top tables I had asked her to. She did the floors but she did not clean under the furniture. I did appreciate the company’s apology and willingness to come back out. I had no problem scheduling the deal initially."
