The remaining cabinet looks odd now with a piece of trim that sticks out. I honestly don't know if it's possible to look as good as the original but I wonder if I shouldn't have gone with a professional cabinet person. I would say he was reasonably priced and if I had another " regular " handyman job to do I would call him..."
