"We have an old 1930's house that needed a large chimney repointed and cap replaced. Rod at Layman Masonry and his team were referred to us by our roofer, Kelvin Howard, for doing good work. We contacted Rod for a quote, and he came out the very next day to quote a price that was good considering the amount of work to be done. Rob and his team are insured and were courteous and friendly throughout the project. They showed up on time and maintained a clean job site. The project consisted of grinding out and replacing the old mortar, a new chimney cap and to put two coats of paint back on the chimney. The project was completed in 4 days despite rain every other day. We were very happy with the work done and will use Rod again in the future."

I have 17 years exp...in this field. We offer a wide verity of services. Panting, Pressure washing, we install Wood Trim, Rubber base board, Doors. We paint wood, drywall, concrete, metal, vinyl, etc... We also paint with Metallic Paints. We paint interior and exterior. We don't turn away any costumer for any reasons, there is no job to big or too small. I have never left a job without the costumers approval, if you are not happy I'm not happy. I have 3 guys who work for me. My number 1 rule with my guys is niceness, and appearance. I take a lot of pride in what I do, I also love what I do. We will be offering some other services in the future. We are running a special right now and through Dec 31. If you call us and hire us to paint 3 rooms, you with get one with no charge FREE. Will pressure-treated wood rot? This wood could eventually suffer from rot, although it takes longer compared to untreated wood. Even though the chemicals applied to pressure-treated wood protect it, they eventually dissipate and leave the wood vulnerable.
