They are excellent and come out fast. They are very reliable and don't over charge. Very trustworthy company and I would highly recommend them.

Serviceperson can out as promised and found issue was a bad capacitor. replaced capacitor and verified unit was operating correctly. Spent 45 minutes on site. Great work. Billing seems strange however. Details are $113 flat rate and $65 Diagnostic Fee. Seems that Flat rate should cover if truly flat rate. But may just be syntax issues. Be that as it may, they ALWAYS do good work...

Our old heat pump wasn't heating, nor cooling .........BEFORE Leo Jones we were paying cheap and getting cheap from T.O. - which cost us in the long run. The Leo Jones tech originally came in the winter, very, very cold day looked outside at the old unit, got up in the attic for more info and he made an prompt, efficient, economical repair - at the same time made notes about the problem and stated he would be back in a couple of months to check for a suspected freon leak. When he came back, he looked at his old notes, tested, explained while showing us the problem. Unfortunately the old unit was toast and had been suspect of the original HVAC installer (not L. Jones). Leo Jones HVAC did an excellent job, the price was not high nor low ......after checking prices in general - they were fair. Bottom line - if you want it done right the first time then use Leo Jones.

They did a great job. They let me know when they would be here. The only downside is their prices on their service calls.

Leo Jones personel evaluated the HVAC system designed by our Mechanical engineer, and decided there was a better, cheaper way to install the system. They handled every aspect of the process from a complete redesign of the system through the instillation. We couldn't be more satisfied.

SMALL FLAME OUTSIDE BURNER AREA,,SCARRY !!! TECH SHOWED UP ON TIME AND DID REPAIRS, ALL OK.PRICE WAS A BIT HIGH BUT ALL PRICES SEEM TO BE HIGH NOWDAYS

We called for service on a Thursday.. never heard back from the company in regards to when they were coming out. We called twice and the receptionist told us she would check and see where the guys were.. in the field.
By Saturday, we finally got a guy to come out because something was actually wrong with the A/C unit. He apologized for the lack of anyone getting back with us or coming out and came out on Saturday morning to do the repair.

I called the office on Thursday, 11/1. I was told they could do the maintenance check either that day, the next day or possibly Saturday. I gave them my home and cell number and asked that they call me prior to coming out, as I might not be available without a definite appointment time provided. They did not come on any of those days. On Monday of the following week (11/5/12) I was about to call them to see if they were planning to come out or if I needed to call someone else, but Melissa called before I got them called and asked if a service man could come out within the next 1-1 1/2 hours. I agreed. The service man called within the time frame, peformed the service, explained how to best care for the furnace, etc. The price for this was $150.00 which I thought was a bit steep but I thought since we are new to the area and I hadn't had to have this type of service done for awhile, maybe this was a fair price.

They did a good job. I specifically told the people when they did the job to keep all my old stuff and it ended up stay on bunch of copper. I would not use them again.

My wife woke up with no heat. Once I got home from work, I called Michelle at Leo Jones and Son. I explained the problem and that had a Doctors Appointment out of town this afternoon. She said she would have someone out before I had to leave town. Within 2 hours, the Service Manager arrived, diagnosed and repaired the System.

They did a great job. They are great at their service. They did not do anything that was not needed. They were there the same day I requested service.

Installation was made by the quoted price in a very timely manner.
