"He arrived at 8:30a.m. The new hot water heater was waiting on site. He took the heater out of the carton and reported to us that it was damaged on top but that he thought it was primarily "cosmetic". He let us decide if we wanted it installed or wanted to return it and get a replacement. Since we had been without hot water for several days, we decided to give this one a try. It would also have meant that we would have to have him return at a later date to install the next water heater. So far it has been doing a great job hearing our water. He was very professional and competent at his job. He took the old heater away for disposal.

"They quickly scheduled me and kept in contact about their arrival. There were some issues with the job ahead of me due to weather that set back a bit but that was not their fault. Really great people to work with and I am having them do another job for us. So thankful to have found them!"
