The new system is working great with no flooding of crawl space, thus saving the furnace that is in crawl space. I highly recommend this company. He took the heater out of the carton and reported to us that it was damaged on top but that he thought it was primarily "cosmetic". He let us decide if we wanted it installed or wanted to return it and get a replacement. Since we had been without hot water for several days, we decided to give this one a try.
