Finance co. keeps calling and I do not have their information. All I got from Bath Solution was the application for financing it."

He took the heater out of the carton and reported to us that it was damaged on top but that he thought it was primarily "cosmetic". He let us decide if we wanted it installed or wanted to return it and get a replacement. Since we had been without hot water for several days, we decided to give this one a try. It would also have meant that we would have to have him return at a later date to install the next water heater. So far it has been doing a great job hearing our water. He was very professional and competent at his job. He took the old heater away for disposal.

My first insurance claim was denied, but with their help and input, I was able to not only get my roof replaced, but gutters, too. They did my roof in two days --complete tear-off and replace and it's a big/steep roof! It looks fantastic, the communication has been phenomenal and the end result is a much better roof than I had when I built the home to begin with. I have told everyone who would listen how pleased I am. They even worked out a great deal for solar powered roof vents.
