The carpet was really really wet after and when it dried it was crunchy.

"There are times when the carpet is really dirty or a lot of wear. We do a deeper cleaning which removes dirt however carpet Maybe saturated more than normal. There are times customers should look at replacing carpet this may have been one of those times. it is hard for a carpet cleaner to determine until we get deeper into the job! Thank you."

He arrived right on time and worked continuously for 3 hours. Very professional. Unfortunately, my furniture was so soiled that he cold not get it clean and my plain, off white furniture now has stripes. Technically ruined from an aesthetic point of view. Some time in the future, we should try again. At the present, however, I have to get creative as to how to hide my clean furniture. Ugh.

He did a good job on our recliners but they were so soiled that they did not come completely clean. He suggested that we do them again in 6 months. Because of a miscommunication on the size of the chairs the price was more than quoted.

He was very professional. He did an amazing job. My only complaint is that he told me I would get my receipt via email. I waited for 7 days. Then I emailed him asking for the receipt. I still don't have one.

"After reviewing this rating, I immediately made contact with customer by phone, reviewed our process and noticed we left off a letter on the email so the customer was right. However she did not reach out to me by phone, we get hundreds of emails and clearly it was our intent to supply her with a receipt. As the owner of the company, I apologize for the mistake. And thank you for your business."
