JBHS is basically a handyman service. I usually operate as one person, but hire contract labor or sub-contractors as needed. JBHS also works as a sub-contractor on residential and commercial jobs. Invoicing is usually emailed to the customer, but can also be mailed as needed. Invoices are due upon reciept unless other arrangements have been made prior to the start of the job. JBHS accepts most major credit cards.

"I could not be more happy with the people I dealt with or the job I got. They were tied for the highest dollar contract (the reason for the B in the price dept) but I still feel like I got my money's worth and maybe then some. I commented at work that I needed to find a roofer and asked if anyone had a good company they knew of. Our regional manager mentioned the company that had reroofed our distribution center. I said that they probably wouldn't be interested in my house. She told me they did both and it turns out she was absolutely correct. They came out, checked everything over, made some suggestions about some other conditions they found and were just as professional as their name suggests. I was a little disappointed they weren't less expensive but I decided to go with them anyway because we've never had any problems with the giant roof they did for my company, surely this would be a snap. It was. They were courteous, the yard was cleaned up very nicely. The guys even knocked as soon as they were done on the back so I could let my dog out to run safely like I asked them to. They'd cleaned it separately so he could get out their and fuss at them in person! :) Seriously good folks. I am so glad I found them. Found out they're a family business and the two guys I'd dealt with we're a father and son. My wife always said everybody gripes when things are bad but rarely does anyone give credit when things are good. She always did. I guess now it's my turn to put up or shut up, so here I am. Roofs been done a while now and still looks good, still dry and the same guys still answer the phone."

These two gutter material options are strong choices for your home, but there are a few key differences. Galvanized steel gutters are less expensive than aluminum gutters (usually $4 to $8 per linear foot) and are very durable—often proving sturdy even against falling tree branches. When connecting a gutter to a downspout, make sure that both have the same outlet capacity. Meaning starting from your gutter and moving downwards, the diameter should match so you have a secure seal. Make sure you’re working downwards when attaching the pipes (for example, the gutter fits inside the downspout) as doing the reverse will cause leaks.

Although installing or replacing gutters doesn’t usually add directly to the value of your home, it can help maintain the value of your home by preventing water damage from overflowing or leaking.
