Very professional, ethical, and gives proper explanations to the work needing to be done. I called John 11 years ago for an estimate but I unfortunately chose a local company that was cheap. Boy did I pay for it. My roof leaked and they wouldn't back their own warranty. 11 years later I called John again and he did exceptional work. His skills are way above the average roofers in our area! Cotten roofing went above and beyond on the work performed on my house! I don't foresee needing a new roof for many many years. Even telling you your risk of DYING by cleaning your gutters. Ralph Stanley is not who he pretends to be and I beg everyone who reads this does not to allow him in their home. Weeks later and my mother is still bothered by her interaction with him. Please do your research on them before singing anything. This is far from being an isolated occurrence, I’ve seen timeshare salesmen be easier to tell no."
