JBHS is basically a handyman service. I usually operate as one person, but hire contract labor or sub-contractors as needed. JBHS also works as a sub-contractor on residential and commercial jobs. Invoicing is usually emailed to the customer, but can also be mailed as needed. Invoices are due upon reciept unless other arrangements have been made prior to the start of the job. D&M Woodworks is a Disabled Veteran owned and operated custom woodworking shop specializing in unique furniture and home decor items. The owner is a master carpenter with over 25 years experience in all faucets of woodworking, furniture repair and restoration. In addition exotic hardwood lumbers are available. D&M does offer trim carpentry for new and remodeling construction as a subcontractor. For custom order projects, standard practice is 50% of estimate at the time of order and the remainder on delivery. For large orders, progress payments may be required. We accept cash, checks and major credit card payments. Special promotions are offered every month, and are generally posted on our Facebook page.
