He fully explained the contract specifics and was able to schedule the job within a reasonable timeframe. He kept in contact through out the process and was responsive when I had questions. Chris arrived on time to repair the water damage and prep for painting. The job required work over 3 days. Chris was a pleasure to work with. Such a skilled professional and personally just the nicest person ever. He had two properties to handle and was extremely accommodating in scheduling between the jobs. I would highly recommend King's Mitagators for any level of work you may need. They will always be my first call going forward for future work. Thanks Sam & Chris! "I would NEVER use this company for a job. Got a quote, when they came out to do the work they said it would be twice as much as the quote. When I called in to escalate to find out why. They said that guy now doesn't work for the company but since I am existing customer I have to go thru the customer experience department to get someone else to come out AND no one ever returns my calls. Worst COMPANY EVER! They did the same thing to my brother!"

"It was a headache from the beginning with the sales rep lying about certain work being included and how fast the work would be completed, they cancelled multiple times, it was not a certified contractor, just some dudes in a shady looking spray painted truck. The gutters look just okay, WAY WAY WAY, too overpriced for bargain bin gutters, they did not clean up the mess in the yard, leaving nails behind causing a flat tire on my vehicle, I would never recommend this company, stay local"

"First I would like to say that everyone I dealt with at ICSR was great! From Erika who made the appointments to Jeremiah who did the inspection, to Terry and his crew. They were all friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable. Jeremiah explained in detail what needed done in my crawlspace. There was a lot of damage due to termites in the past. I knew this was what needed done as I had another Company look at it as well. They backed out because they thought the crawlspace was to narrow to get the work done. I agreed to Jeremiah's plan and about two weeks later Larry and his crew came out to do the work. I will say it again, Larry and his crew were great. They worked so hard and in horrible heat and humidity. They were always friendly and smiled when I saw them. Larry always let me know what they got done that day, and what the plan was for the next. They cleaned up the work area, and took away any and all debris. I have full faith in ICSR and Larry and his crew that the repairs were done right. I am so glad the plan with the other company fell through, as I think I ended up with the best!"
