"I have had several other companies clean my white sofa, but they could never really get it clean.  Fiber experts not only got it clean, much to my surprise, but the price was good.  I was ready to have slipcovers made for it because it looked so bad, and the fabric was not that old ......the problem it was off white.  I don't know what they do that the other guys don't do, but it works.  The one thing the guy that came out seem to really sincerely want to try and help correct my problem. "I wish I had taken a before and after picture of the carpet.  I seriously considered replacing the carpet it was so bad.  The cleaning with something called a roto vac did an unbelievable job. I swear the carpet looks new!.  Allen is the owner/operator and was on time and one of the nicest people I have ever met. I am so glad to have found him on Angie's List and will never use another carpet cleaner again.  He did an amazing job for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend him. you will not be disappointed."

"Service was great, especially for the price paid. i had purchased a deal through Living Social. Scheduling was easy. I called, left a voicemail, and received a call back within 24 hours. I would definitely use this company again.

The only issue I had was our appt was at 9:00am. I requested to meet earlier, but that was not possible. And due to traffic (which I already knew was very bad), they were about 40 mins late. I called around 9:30am, no answer, and left a voicemail saying that I would only wait 15 more mins. I received a call back immediately apologizing for not calling me that he was going to be tardy due to traffic. He had not saved my phone number the last time we had talked. 

Either way, the carpet cleaning worked so well, that this one issue does not prevent me from using him again or referring him to others. It has saved me from having a replace a room of heavily stained carpet."
