Toddesign supplies detailed construction blueprints for most any size structure or dwelling. I will produce working drawings for footing, foundation, floor, roof, plat site and wall sections. We will actually work through the design together as we go. I will get basic footprint for approval and then produce corresponding elevations. I will provide you with 2 sets of 24x36 and 3 sets of 11x17 scaled hardcopies. When all is complete I will email all PDFs to client at no charge. The cost for service for new homes is 35 cents per square foot for everything under roof line. Additions up to 900 square feet will be a flat rate of $300.00

Cathedral ceilings make a statement in your home, but at the cost of your attic space. Normal attics are wide open, which allows warm air to move around and exit your home. Because of this, cathedral ceilings make your home less energy efficient and put your ceiling at risk of venting issues if you’re not careful. They also reduce your attic storage space, potentially cause an echo, and even make it harder to change a light bulb.
The most idyllic building material that encapsulates the feel of Federal architecture is a brick facade, often with bricks alternating between long side and short side. Palladium and arched transom windows are also prevalent, as are flat, white window lintels. More ornate Federal architecture buildings also include columns on either side of the front door. More important than most of the finer details, though, is the symmetry from the exterior. On the interior, ornate plaster moldings and plaster ceiling medallions are indicative of the style.
