At the first appointment he brought a demo of the ADT security keypad and walked me through it which was very helpful. We were able to schedule my installation for the very next day. I found that Chris Bradford and the installer Ken both were very professional courteous men and did a good job of making me feel at ease concerning the installation and becoming familiar with the security system. Since I have had my system installed there have been a few minor adjustments that needed to be made. I've called Chris a few times now and he has always been very responsive and has gone out of his way to make sure I am satisfied. I would definitely recommend this company.

He repaired a horrible crack in a living room wall due to settling and the entire work done was done with detail and precision. "Choice responded quickly but the insurance plan does not pay for all doors to be re-keyed unless you have very few locks. The number of locks covered by the insurance is determined by keyholes, not doors! (Read your policy!) You will likely have to shell out some money to have this essential new-home service if you have more than four keyholes. The locksmith they called was EXCELLENT and made all our locks completely functional. We will happily hire the locksmith again (R.L Locksmith LLC). We paid $201.81 (plus another $50 for some door re-alignment not included in the re-keying benefit) and Choice paid $100 for the job."
