"he didn't do a full inspection of our fireplace, lit the pilot light for $159, and tried to sell us a different fireplace. 3 stars is all I will give him. I was not real happy with the service."

"The workers and office staff were easy to talk to, well informed, courteous , and efficient. They performed a thorough inspection. Recommended and installed a stainless liner and cap for the furnace flue and a new damper on the fireplace flue. Their price was better than previous quotes and even set up a partial payment plan. I am very pleased with the work they did."

"Scheduling went well and they did everything they said they were going to do. They gave us an evaluation and report after the inspection. However, we have never used the fireplace so we are not sure if what they did was effective. But, they did not leave any mess behind and they were professional."
