The manufacturer, Peterson, sent an incorrect LP burner initially that had to be removed and replaced with the correct natural gas burner. It took 4 weeks from the initial installation before the proper unit was installed. This delay was disappointing, as we wanted to have the system up and running for Thanksgiving. It was not until 2 weeks after Thanksgiving that we had a properly functioning gas fire log unit. Landon, the installation technician did a great job of installing the gas fire log unit. He is also very customer service oriented employee for All Swept Up Chimney Service. He was a pleasure to work with and made the outcome acceptable."

"They did a great job. On time, professional , knowledgeable and efficient. The cleaned my 20 foot dryer vent and now my dryer works even better. Checked all the smoke detectors explained how they work and how long they are good for. The same with the co2 detectors. He also explained about the fire extinguishers and which one are the best for which room. I will defiantly have them come back again next year for the yearly inspection.
