"Defiance did an amazing job power washing the exterior of my house. It’s an older home and clearly hadn’t been washed in a very, very long time. They brightened up the house and also cleaned the windows, tracks and sills. The windows look like mirrors when the sun is shining on the outside or a light is reflecting from the inside. When looking at my yard through one of the windows, looks like you can reach right out and touch the grass as if the pane of glass wasn’t even there. So grateful they were able to perk this place up! Great communication and they were very knowledgeable about all the exterior siding and windows of an older house. Highly recommend!"

"Marcos is a busy man. Once we agreed on a price he put the job on his calendar. This was a small job of painting old cement blocks with the goal of waterprofing. He is very helpful in suggesting colors that work well. He let me know when they would arrive, and they were on time. They covered and moved furniture, and worked hard and carefully. They patched imperfections on the walls, and painted the ceiling and walls. They also replaced four light fixtures that I had purchased. They cleaned up after the work was done, moved furniture back, and made sure that I checked to be sure everything was OK. Joel Thomas has painted and done repairs on the outside of my home twice before, and I would always hire him for that kind of work."
