They were very informative about the treatment process, answered all of my questions and kept me informed on what they were doing as they completed the termite treatment process. Jorge offered to take up some old chicken wire and mesh that was in the dirt around the foundation of my house which I said sure. 😁. I would recommend these guys to everyone. "

He also found she’d been nursing and captured two kits in the crawl space. He told me to tell him if I heard anymore sounds which I did when he returned the following day. He captured two more kits and told me to call him again if I heard any more sounds. There weren’t any more and I was impressed that he still called to follow up. I was completely satisfied with his humane methods of removing the animals from my property."

We both work out of town so they were very accommodating in getting us in quickly and during the days we could be home. Since it was raining, they did the inside and they will be back to do the outside soon. The office staff is always very nice to work with as well which is a warm welcome to how some business' treat their customers these days. We will use Burt's again and you should too!"
