She has 20-25 years painting experience and is an artist as well and this is reflected in her work. Payment is required in cash or check at the time of project completion. I except cash or check with half due for materials up front and the remainder to be paid at the end unless it is a complete restoration at that time we will discuss how it will be broken down during and threw out the project.
